In February I am very glad hosting AJJ with my theme "The Colour Yellow".
On an abstract acrylic painting in my artjournal I glued three chicks from a tissue and painted the two yellow ducks with acrylics.
I put on different acrylics with the spatel for my background:
This is the tissue from where I cutted out the chicks.
My little cat says "Hello" to Bleubeard and to the cats on Sheila's blog. She is happy to have some companions :)

AntwortenLöschenYour wonderful abstract background makes it look like the birds are at a disco. This makes me think of a funny song ' The birdie song' by The Tweets - I wonder if you have heard it? it is one of those songs that once you've heard it, you'll be humming it for days :)

I am running way, way behind Rike, and want to apologize. I just learned I have pneumonia and was told to rest. Simply had to drop by and tell you how much I LOVE the ducks. They made me smile. Those little chicks are cute, too. This is perfect for your theme at Art Journal Journey.
